Advice for Road Runners: The Mizuno Men's Neo Vista Running Shoes feature one of the bounciest foams ever produced. As a result, the cushioning is perfectly suited to tempo runs, but should feel great across a range of paces.
Underfoot Feel
The Mizuno Neo Vista Running Shoes features two layers of Mizuno Enerzy Nxt cushioning. This nitrogen-infused foam should feel incredibly soft and energetic under your feet.
To improve propulsion and energy return, a full-length glass-fibre infused nylon Wave Plate is sandwiched between the two layers of foam. However, this Wave Plate also makes the ultra-high-stacked midsole feel very stable.
It's also worth noting that the midsole base is very broad - making it inherently stable.
Ultimately, the Mizuno Neo Vista Running Shoes should feel very protective, propulsive, and comfortable to run in.
Upper Fit
The one piece soft knit upper in the Mizuno Neo Vista Running Shoes fits like a sock. For clarity, the tongue is fully-integrated. As the toe box feels spacious, we recommend choosing your normal running shoe size.
One of main benefits of this upper construction is that it delivers an almost seamless fit. This should reduce the chances of friction.
Ideal Run Type
We recommend using the Mizuno Men's Neo Vista Running Shoes for your steady-paced runs and tempo efforts. This is when the cushioning is likely to feel at its best. The high level of protection on offer should also reduce your recovery time from these types of workouts.
The soft and plush midsole should feel comfortable for the slower-paced sections of your runs. Which is ideal if you're doing long warm-ups and/or cool-downs.
We don't recommend using the Neo Vista Running Shoes for faster-paced short runs, as the midsole will probably feel a bit soft, and lack the responsiveness you need.

Sizing Advice
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
